The Ingles Housing and Support Services is the only youth-specific housing centre for young Toronto females aged 16-26 who are recovering from drug abuse.
Run by LOFT, Ingles House is a post-treatment rehabilitation residence. Individuals can opt for low support housing where they are among other rehab residents or they can opt for medium support housing with support staff available 24/7.
The staff of case managers provide residents with care, and encourage independent development through education, employment and life skills. The House is a stepping stone for adolescents to become fully independent while maintaining sobriety.
For young adolescents involved in drugs it is so important to have support, and Ingles House provides care while also incorporating skills to become a positive and contributing member of society.
